Overview

Vectare, a transport-technology company, has an online school transport booking platform called VecTive, with over 58,000+ users, serving 150+ clients. The platform has hundreds of useful features which have been implemented over the past 6 years.

The Challenge

The existing website was outdated, poorly structured, and difficult to navigate. The booking platform was clunky and did not meet modern usability standards, frustrating users. There were three user groups—parents, school staff, and Vectare customer service—with different needs.

The biggest challenge was ensuring the design and color scheme worked across various school brandings, requiring careful coordination with stakeholders.
